Our Sales Team representatives are experts in helping you find the varieties you want, in the sizes you need, from the brokers we trust. Once we receive an order from your broker of choice, our Customer Service will enter it into our system using availability and grow times as guidelines.
As orders are placed, green goods are purchased to secure availability. We seek out only the best plants for our growers, scouting many and selecting only a few to ensure highest quality right from first sprout.
With plants shipped to us from all over the world, cuttings and tissue culture damages can occur as they make their way to our greenhouse. If this happens, we spring into action to reorder green goods and keep the customer informed about alternative options.
Once planted, our crops are inspected weekly for germination percent by our production department. If any issues are encountered, we’ll be in touch about replanting and other options.
Our growers also conduct frequent quality control checks for proper rooting, disease, and inconsistencies. These issues are rare, but are reported immediately so that we can work through alternatives with the customer.
Two weeks before shipping, we perform a final quality check—then safely deliver your plants anywhere in the country, no matter where your greenhouse is located.
