Here’s how your order moves from our greenhouse to your greenhouse.

Deadline for placing or modifying orders shipping to Canada the following week
This allows for a 1-week lead time to secure the needed phytosanitary paperwork.
(All other orders)
Final deadline to place or update orders for shipment the following week
Changes or new orders submitted after this time may not be accommodated
Orders are finalized and staged for packing the following week
Inventory and quality checks are made, if there are any issues, needed substitutions are made
Freight logistics are scheduled based on your selected delivery method
Packing & Shipping
Orders ship out based on your confirmed shipping week and are organized by delivery method.
Trays are netted and carefully packed for safe delivery for boxed orders the day of shipping.
Pallet shipments are built using our cardboard pallet shipper, insert sizes are customized to the order.
All shipments scheduled for delivery are stored in a refrigerated environment while awaiting pick up.

Packing & Shipping
From compact cartons to full pallet shipments, we package each order with plant protection and space efficiency in mind, as our packaging adjusts based on plant height. Trays per box or pallet can vary depending on crop height; standards are listed on our Terms & Conditions page.

Need a larger volume shipped safely and efficiently? Our pallet shipper service delivers via refrigerated truck and is available to all customers meeting the tray minimums and are scheduled based on availability in your region.

Important Note
The ship week listed on your order confirmation reflects when your order leaves our facility. For deliveries east of the Rockies, deliveries typically arrive the week after they leave our facility.
We offer tags for select programs and varieties, drop-shipped via Mastertag, they will not be shipped along with your liners. Tags are optional—except for a few mandatory programs like Sunset Plant Collection, Southern Living®, and Must Have Perennials®. For more information, please refer to our Tags page.
