2008 - 2009

Our plants are sold exclusively by our broker network. Please check with your broker for pricing and other order information.

Production:

• Four tray minimum per order.
• Lead time on orders to sow: crop time plus 2 weeks
  There is a one tray minimum per seeded variety
• Lead-time on vegetative orders to stick: crop time plus 3 weeks
  There is a one tray minimum per vegetative variety.
• Orders are subject to seed and cutting availability

Packing:

Case quantities may vary by variety

Freight:

All prices F.O.B. Watsonville, CA. Freight is prepaid and billed to the customer. Broker/Customer freight accounts may be used. Local truck delivery is available with advanced notification. Pacific Plug and Liner’s box dimensions are 23x13x16 and weighs approximately 22 pounds with product.

Order Changes:

Cancellations and adjustments will be accepted two weeks prior to production date. No cancellations are accepted after plants are sown or stuck. Pacific Plug & Liner will notify brokers of any shortages or delays and arrange for changes or backorders.

Claims:

All claims must be reported within 48 hours. Please notify your broker immediately with any problems.

Custom Orders:

We will custom grow items, subject to seed, cutting, or tissue culture availability. Custom orders must have a minimum of four trays per variety. Cancellations of any custom order will not be accepted 30 days prior to production.

Tags:

Tags are not generally included with plants, exceptions are as follows:

Selecta 1st Class:  Tags are optional. If you want to purchase tags, please indicate this on your order form, otherwise tags will not be shipped. The tag costs are four cents each.

Suntory:  Tags are mandatory and will be shipped with order. Suntory tags are shipped 100 per tray. Suntory does allow exceptions to the rule for basket production. In this case, you must order at least one tag for every five cuttings. Please indicate this exception on your order form. The tag costs are four and a half cents each.

Perennials:  Pacific Plug and Liner offers tags for certain patented perennials and other specialty items. Most of these tags are optional. If you want to purchase tags, please indicate this on your order form, otherwise tags will not be shipped. Tag prices are six and ten cents. If there is an asterisk (*) before the plant variety then the tag cost will be ten cents, otherwise the cost is six cents. See below for perennial tags.

Pricing:

Pricing programs are valid July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009 and subject to change.

Our terms and conditions are designed to ensure timely delivery of your order. Accommodating last minute orders can often be accomplished with our on hand inventory. Our goal is your customer’s satisfaction.
