Welcome to Pacific Plug and Liner

In October 1999, Pacific Plug and Liner began with the purchase of what was formerly a twenty six acre rose production facility. Retrofitting began immediately and within a few months, PPandL became a state of the art facility featuring widespan glass and acrylic structures housing rolling benches, an environmental control system and hydronic fin pipe heating. Electrical systems were updated to support additional light, heat and power. In addition, computer software was designed to track product in the greenhouse, injectors and spray booms were installed and a fog system was purchased. By the spring of 2000, Pacific Plug and Liner began selling annual plugs and liners. By the summer of 2001, a perennial program was added to PP&L’s already diverse production schedule. From the very beginning, our mission was to continually provide quality plugs and liners with superior value, service and dependability to our customers.

Today, PP&L offers a wide range of both annual and perennial seeded and vegetative young plants to meet your growing needs. Each and every day we are in search of unique and exciting items to produce for you, our customers. We have introduced many innovative new programs, including working with eleven different tissue culture labs around the world to provide varieties such as Black Mondo Grass, Carex, Cordyline, Helleborus, Heuchera and many more. We are constantly expanding the diversity of our new products with woody ornamentals, unique perennials and the newest of vegetative annuals being introduced to the market place.
